Grand Traverse County, Michigan Warrant Search
Warrants are considered public records according to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This excludes information that can compromise an ongoing investigation, so active warrants are not public. The clerk of court maintains records of all warrants issued in the county, including arrest and bench warrants. As the executors of the warrant, the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office also keeps copies of these warrants and is up to date on their status.
